Yes Newton Circus is rather over-rated. Just my opinion.
i find only a few stalls are really good there, the rest are nothing special. my father frequents his long lost friend's seafood stall, they were friends during sec school. my father only realised that he was a long lost friend after frequently eating there for over 2 years. the funny thing is, the stall owner at the same time had been chatting with my father all the time without knowing that they knew each other back in secondary school.
