"senstitive" to Steamboat problem

  Dun understand why every time i go eat steamboat i will kena diahorrea (a.ka. lau sai) one? anyone got such problem?

  i know why,you must have handled cooked food and uncooked raw food with the same pair of chopsticks

  this is y u must wash ur chopsticks in the boiling water after handling the raw food

  U probabaly hven't fully cook ur food into d steamboat that's Y. I never encounter such thing like u aftervmunching steamboat..emmmm...TOUCH WOOD>>>>..Perhaps take note of d way u cook d food in the steamboat.

  Try leaving ur food in the heat longer , if it does not help maybe u alleragic to certain food. And lastly do you know some food when eat together can cause food posioning such as pear and crab cant be eat together so you maybe u can change the food u put in the steam boat......

  1) u handle raw food n cooked food w the same utensil.
  use diff ones if possible or else boil yr chopstiks for a while b4 handling food into yr mouth
  
  2) improper cooking procedures
  boil everythg properly n try not to take out food to eat wen u jus dumped raw food into the boat. cook in batches especially fish n meat.
  
  3) yr food not cooked long enuf
  cook longer
  
  4) u mite have msg intolerance.
