chicken rice in a shaped of a ball

  i once saw on tv introducing this stall where they sell chicken rice. What is unique is that the rice is in a round balled shape... looks nice and interesting...
  
  Any one knows where is the address of the place??

  there are actually quite a few places that sell this chicken rice ball.It is not a recent innovation thou,exist long ago in the history of singapore.There is this place that i know that claim they were the original inventor of this chicken rice ball,it is in jalan besar.
  
  Well search for Plumer Road inside a street directory and this stall is on either one or the other side of this side street, facing the main jalan besar street/rd,so just stroll along this stretch of road and you should be able to find it.That is provided it has not moved or has closed down by now cos the last time i went there was a few years ago already.

  It chicken rice ball is bouncy. I think is originated from hakka or canto.

  Along jalan Besar just after Allenby Road (Ren Ren Da Xia Mian) there is a shop selling round-ball shaped chicken rice

  The ball comes in ball shape, but when you eat it using spoon and fork, don't you have to break it up and it becomes normal chicken rice already mah?

  the chicken rice ball is drier and looks less oily... shinier than ketupat.

  Yes, the chicken rice ball could be found at "Kek Sng Kio" (area near Sungei Rd/Weld Rd) when I was a kid. The stall would give lots of light brown yummy soup to pour over the rice ball, otherwise, the it's very dry like ketupat texture. They sold it for breakfast in those days.

  Yan come my house eat b4, I also never bother to put posters outside my house.
