  After eatin lobster for a while...i find lobster cooked with butter and salted egg yolks best!!

  wah.. can imagine the aroma.. makes me hungry again even though just had dinner. Where can find this dish? I will check it out in time
  
  Cheese Lobster is what i'm looking for right now. Internet search only turns up one more place to find the dish - Kim's Cuisine @ Beach Road.

  you know..i also have pictures..
  
  but its by a different chef who cooked it 'butter with egg yolks' style..
  
  the 1st time i tried it...it was heavenly~!!! belissimo!
  
  but goin to other chefs..the same dish tasted kinda bland. So it depends on the chef as well. eg.. u may find better cheese lobster on a 1st class international flight on SIA

  no, im not a lobster connoisseur . Just that im studyin overseas and lobster is really expensive. Costing around SG$30 each. So when Im back.. I just eat to my hearts content
