Add one or two cups of beans (according to your consumption) to water and boil. Until beans are soft, (Like cooking porridge) add in sugar to your taste. Plus a pinch of salt to make it tasty. Finally mixed Potato Starch Flour and water. No too concentrated starch, else you will get starch lumps.
Add in starch mixture slowly and keep stirring. Judge the thickness yourself. As you add the starch slowly, Keep stirring at the same time to uniform the mixtures. Once boil you are DONE. Don't forget your Fried Fritter...You Tiao.
