Usually busy working people like us just buy any breakfast and eat on the go. Sometimes i find it too oily. And sometimes we get bored with Peanut butter or margarine on our bread.
Here's a Tuna salad Sandwiches. (Healthy style)
1) 1 Can Tuna Chunks. Remove liquid.
2) 1 Onion dice/chopped
3) 1 Capsicum dice/chopped
4) Low Fat Mayonaise
5) WholeMeal grain bread
6) Cucumber slice
7) Tomato slice

1 Egg. HardBoiled. removed shell and mashed it.
Put the dice up vege. mashed egg and Tuna into a mixing bowl. Add in Mayonaise 3-4 spoon. Add in pepper. Stir and mix well.
Spread on bread. Add in cucumber and tomato slice
Done.
