Sashimi and sushi variety is impressive, quality and freshness pretty good
Mains and appetizers are hit and miss.. recalled chawanmushi tasted totally strange..
I like the cooked special dishes like prawn in herbal soup, grilled salmon . -

I think generally Sakura's food ain't bad. Just that it's damn crowded!

I went to Sakura Orchard last Saturday. The variety was much better than the Toa Payoh Branch. And there's abalone (not in Toa Payoh Branch). In my opinion, their food are very good, if not better than Pariss. Not forgetting we are paying half the price of Pariss but we are actually almost the same amount of food. Venue also quite big. Very enjoyable experience. I will go back again. At $22/$26 and $24/$28, I say it's really value for money!
