they have buffet ?!Originally posted by ben1406:Brazil Churrascaria @ 6th Ave.
Waiters slice marinated beef, pork, lamb, and other types of meat off jumbo skewers onto your plate. Vegetarians can find solace in the salad bar.
they got quite a gd salad bar and its churrascaria.Originally posted by pqr:they have buffet ?!![]()
I just ate at The Line @ Shangri-La last sat... dun think the food was that nice compared to last time i went in 2003, just that they got lots and lots of lobster dishes which is kinda rare in buffets here... Chilli lobster claw, steamed lobster etc.Originally posted by ben1406:if i were to pay that much, "mezza9" @ the hyatt or "the line" @ shangri-la will be a better option.

churrascaria (shoo-HOSS-ka-REE-ah) is a Brazilian steakhouse. Distinctly a South American style rotisserie, it owes its origins to the fireside roasts of the gaúchos of southern Brazil (from the Pampa region), centuries ago. In modern restaurants, rodizio service is typically offered. Servers come to your table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of meat, be it beef, pork, filet mignon, goat, chicken, duck, ham and pineapple, sausage, fish, or any other sort of local cut of meat.
it's like a buffet but the servers serve you at your table.
nahh, everytime im there, i have a great time. meat, wine and funny brazilian servers.Originally posted by pqr:thanks for sharing...sound good..
do you remember what is the price?
I heard is always full and there was a bad image about the waitress being bias towards local some time back
for a place that's a little more convenient and slightly cheaper, try Carnivore, at CHIJMES, 63349332. Same kind of concept. Some of the staff here use to work at Churras previously.Originally posted by pqr:thanks for sharing...sound good..
