  i just went to quality hotel at balestier.
  
  $9 lpus per pax. normal fair. nutg fantastic. after 11pm its like $6 plus

  i remembered there is tis place near somerset, last time me ate wif meowsusan n oceanos. the price is quite reasonable.

  Goodwood Park Hotel got their famous taiwanese porridge, but it's not buffet i think...
