Tried to add in the original thread but it's expired.
If i'm not wrong, the guy running Mien is the same guy who ran the stall at Golden Mile Hawker Centre.
Was there the other day and read that he was formerly from Golden Mile Hawker Centre before relocating.
Have to agree that for $3.90 per plate, it can't get any better.
