hey i went to Ah Yat Bao Yu restaurant and got to taste tis salted egg/duck egg with CRAB... the taste was wonderful... but it is simply to ex to go again..

When I went to my boss house for lunch, his wife cooked this excellent dish similar to what you described, it was salted eggs coated over prawns. It was pure heaven every bite, pity I only had 2.
