  well, some.. but some silliness too.. like the time-honoured tradition of singaporeans smothering their food with chilli.. and spices.. like crab... there is no need for that but they do anyway...
  
  i liked the vinegar trotters and kong bak pau.. good heart stopping stuff
  
  lots of other things there like mango salad and whatnot from thailand.. lots of taiwanese stuff..
  
  and the biggest atrocity of the food fest was "bak kwa sushi" which looked really disturbing because it does not look like sushi and was fried

  haha...sound pretty good. i would have tried the bak kwa sushi. i like weird sushis too bad im partial vegetarian...
