i used to park at clifford pier(illegal) but i dunno if i can do that now since the place is already no longer in operation

for parking, u can try esplanade or if u can walk further, then its either marina square (free, i guess) or lau pa sat (alongside the road > illegal), clifford pier (also illegal). those aunties are rather on nowadays. do be careful.
