How come no one talks about maguro, uni besides the normal sake sushi.
I like swordfish but I also like hamachi and tai sashimi. Uni, maguro and sake definately. Oysters too, plus raw salads, egg, prawns, lobster I'm all cool with it
Only thing I really HATE raw is Ika
Damn nasty to chew and leaves this icky mouthfeel in your mouth too. -
