Vienna International Seafood Buffet Restaurant at United Square
* = the best.
Soups: sharks fin*, buddha jumps over the wall* (so fat how to jump?), ginger fish, chicken*, crocodile
Seafoods n meat: big rock oysters, gratin baked oysters*, spammer and pepper* and chilli crabs, crayfish, lobsters, king scallops, scallops cooked with hot sauce*, jap scallops, cereal king prawns*, broiled king prawns, roast beef, grilled eel*, peking duck rolls, braised chicken, n the usual buffet spread. also has jap stuff like sushi, sashimi, soba, chawanmushi, and a teppenyaki section with beef lamb chicken salmon dory sashimo n vegetables. but i'd rather eat the more expensive stuff

Deserts: fruits n marshmellows with chocolate fondue fountain*, cut fruits, green tea jellies, puddings, frog egg desert, ice cream, cakes, cheesecakes, c0cktails in test tubes*, tea, glasses of sparkling red wine.
Ambience described: good air con, waitresses clear your plates very fast, food replenished fast, tables lighted beneath, revolving crystal ball lights, sofa and booth type seating inside, glass walls facing pond with waterfall and lights, also has tables outside beside the pond.
Review: Cost is $40/ after +++. considering that great buffet spread with rare food and expensive seafood ingredients, its worth it. the food is fresh, almost every dish tastes nice, the sauces are nice, theres a big variety of everything, and you can eat as much as you want of your fav stuff ^^ (but i wonder why its called "vienna" when the food is mostly asian and all their staff too). call to reserve booth seating inside. go by mrt to novena or park at united square.
