By right all nasi lemak stalls should have allowed customise ur dishes ma. I never go to anyone that doesnt let me customise b4
Aniway here are my views
Punggol Nasi Lemak
Bloody Expensive. I eat a normal meal of chix wings, egg, luncheon meat, fish cake i tink almost 6 dollars. The reason why long queue is becoz sporean hor, they see ppl queue so they queue. They really over charging lor
Chong Pang
So so only ba~ at least they seperate ikan billies with the peanuts. Punggol Nasi mix them together. I hate ikan billies
Changi Village
Stall Number 1 - the one always got long queue one
Pls lor, this stall also bloody expensive. Somemore their chilli is mix with my hated ikan billies. Somemore there is a lack of variety of dishes. No fishcake, no luncheon meat, no vege, no fried prawn. Super lousy
Stall Number 2 - The one directly opposite
Value for money
Stall Number 3 - The one besides the directly opposite
I dun like their dishes. Too little

GOt one at Tanjong Pagar Plaza Market, this stall always got queue one. I tink for the same food as Punggol, here i can get at 3 dollars oni -

The Nasi lemak store is name "Power" Nasi Lemak ..... really power !!!!
Chilli sause is nice , chicken wings is freshly fried , hot and crispy , tender inside also .
Rice is fragrance ...... cheap also , just $3.00 , filling !
P/S : Must have patience and be ready to Q-up for at least behind 10 people at all time , 15 minutes wait . If you don't like Q-ing for nice food , don't go ! You'll be very angry .

i love the one at tanjong pagar market, not the one with the channel u sign that one isnt as good its the other one forgot what the name of the stall is called. also loved the golden shoe one which used green rice before the renovation, wonder if its still there, anyone got any idea?

Has anybody tried the one at Bugis village, at Rocher road? It's a few stalls besides KFC. I find that not bad too. Their Nasi Lemak rice is also green in colour. I go there always hard to find seats!

mmm....there's one by upper paya lebar road, the coffee shop near sg pools. The nasi lemak is value for money and taste really good. For 2 bucks u have fish, a whole chicken wing, ikan bilis, egg, cucumber and a huge plate of rice....hehe...

me and fog-sao always go there for our breakfast ( we usually have bf around 1am )
chicken wings also good,hot and juicy. think its because the turnover rate very high so every now and then there' freshly fried chicken wings.

Popular ones for malay version is Changi Village and Chomp Pang for chinese version.
Other than that, these are my recommendations:
- Fong Seng @ Nus bus interchange
- Punggol @ upper serangoon
- Yew tee food court @ Yew Tee Mrt
All these are chinese version! -

It's so stupid to see sooooooo many people line up esp during raining time.
Better nasi lemak and far cheaper can be found at changi village, tanjong pagar, heartland mall (kovan hawker centre - malay stall). All around $2/= to $3/=. -
well...long queue is an indication of good food...
whatsmore the main punggol nasi lemak recently appear on the byan wong and kelvin soh that pai pai kan...cha char kan food show..
all the judges gave it the thumbs up lei... -
for punggol nasi lemak, i only like their chk wings. other den tat nothing special liao.

1. Yishun Blk 417 coffeshop call kim san leng (like d chickem wing best)
2. Wlds old interchange also called d checkpoint. blk 4 hawker centre, d stall is call tian tian......

there r a lot of delicious nasi lemak out there. but one of the most OVERRATED one is the adam rd hawker centre one!! the one their set meal got the stupid names like, "full house", "royal flush", etc.. their nasi n sambal got no fragrance at all, chk wing is tasteless... dunno how they got so many awards.. must b they printed themselves one!
