  Have a sudden cravings for Dou Sa Biscuits, salty types. Any recommendations on good ones locally?

  Me like the tau sa biscuits from Old Balestier Bakery along Balestier Road, next to the row of old shophouses... Yum yum...

  sometimes buy, sometimes free coz her manager's father is the owner of the original/first stall. those not so perfect dao sa bia cannot be put on sale so give others eat.

  Balestier used to be good, but standard dropped alot. Anyway, they make the teochew kind of dou sa bing. The one at telok ayer makes the hokkien version.

  Did u eat from the wrong shop, like i told brownie got something like 4 shops there man even i get confused which was the good one

  I've eaten from all the tao sai pia stores in balestier. I have been eating since I was a kid.

  Of course Balestier would be the traditional one.
  
  Other than that, you can try Hans or Crystal Jade Bakery.

  I dun have cravings for this....but my fren who goes to Penang often, i always ask him to buy one box for me....Penang has one of the best Tau Sa Pia...if not the best...
