  Toa payoh breakfast cannot make it lay..
  
  HDB HUB foodcourt aka "koufu" breakfast serve dimsum,toast,eggs but nothing special la.
  
  Ah KUN for breakfast so-so only la..
  
  Burgerking breakfast not bad but can try..

  Not sure what time Fortune Restaurant @ TPY opens. They served dium sum as breakfast though.
  
  Delifrance will have breakfast buffet too but not all outlets so check it out at the search engine.
