Bottle of whisky opened for 2 years already - can drink?

  Liquor such as whisky, Scotch and vodka are distilled, and already aged, so they should not deteriorate like wine or beer. Store the liquor in a coll dark place and it should keep indefinitely.
  
  Quality liquor can last a very long time. Scotch and bourbon can improve with age. Cheaper alcohols will break down over time and lose their taste. I would give five to ten years for most hard liquors. Longer for the higher quality ones.

  If you're worried, can use it in cooking - cook sesame chicken, chicken mee suah, etc...just add to everything...i think won't die.

  premium vodka usually has higher alchohol content , hence less prone to oxidation.
