Cheap buffet ?!?!?

  Anyone knows where I can have some cheap buffet ? about 20 $ and or below . Cause I'm having a gathering with some old friends and we are all students thus being quite 'budget' (at least for them)
  
  They suggested Marina and seoul garden but i don't like those places. I was thinking of pariss since they having this student rate thing (do they still have?) or singa inn but I'm afraid singa inn might overshoot their budget with all the +++'s any reccomendations pls ?
