  Yes I can. Thats the restaurant at Sirocco in BKK at the top of the 2nd tallest building. I was just there over the weekend.
  
  The food is not bad, a normal meal would cost you about 150 - 200 SGD per pax. There is a 10% Citibank discount if you pay using ure Citi Card. Down side is that it takes DAMN long to get to (in usual BKK traffic) and you can't claim VAT refund from this place.
