What is your favourite pineapple tarts?

Mine would be "Glory" Pineapple tarts.
Went to Katong to get them, was so tasty that for those which i intended to give to my friends, i intend to keep them all for myself instead.

there are two.
one of them is from malacca.
my mom's friend goes there pretty often and brings some back everytime
and another one erm...cant remember where is it from. had it during chinese new year this year -
Mine is not an open faced tart.. its the .. melt in ur mouth pineapple 'golfballs' from.. uhh... I forgot the name of the shop but its opposite peace centre..

My mum's homemade pineapple tarts! She cooks the pineapple filling herself.. Usually ppl buy ready made from outside, but those are not nice

Mee too, just dun like 2 eat pineapple tarts. But my family loves them. I order fm those home-made ones fm my friend 4 my family CNY time. hur hur.. My mum said plain flour, egg yolk, butter and salt.
I cant help u wif the weight though coz my ah bu ownself also dunoe..
but i see the colour it's abit yellowish brown and not too cakey.
DAmn i tink i'm not much help.
Pineapple can either buy from supermarket or cook urself.
sh|t i need go spy more on my mum.

Pineapple tarts from Le Bakery @ middle road is good. Otherwise if you visit malaysia, can get Lavender Cake Shop Pinapple tarts.
Currently in most esso/mobil petrol stations, they sell this pinapple tarts in set of 3. It is in square shape. It looks normal but surprisingly it taste great!!!
