My cheap is $70-$100 range. So I recommend The Line at Shangri-la.

Marina south - Seafood buffet abt $12
Mount faber - Steamboat buffet abt $28+
Opp shawn tower - Steamboat buffet abt $12 to $15
All cheap but so so food... -

Marina South BBQ and Steamboat Buffet (Try the restaurant which is $12 for adults de it's quite nice.. they also provides cooked food like kou rou bao, char mee, char beehoon, satay, sweet and sour pork, curry chicken and many other also. The raw meats there include bacon, chicken tight meat and many many much more. Seafood include live crabs, prawns etc (can only take once)There got chinese herbal to make the soup base become herbal soup also. Marine Parade for mainly Japanese sushi belt buffet (there got dim sum as well and sashimi as well)
Safra Tampines not bad also
Hm Clementi Woods haven't go there before.. heard it's the largest among its outlets over here -

salmon sashimi? aiyah, i am not a sashimi person. and i don't wanna pound on those maki or sushi. liddat hor, i better skip lah. if i kena gain weight hor, i better eat something i like or something nice or something i can't get in toronto, like popiah, satay beehoon and orh luak. aiyoh, think about it or just typing it also make me lau nua. -
