Cold meals

Almost everyone likes a cold drink on a hot hazy day, but does anyone else here enjoy cold meals?

I actually like certain food items that are cold, and probably can have a cold meal a day, instead of a hot meal that most people enjoy.

Some of the meals that I like to eat cold are the following:

-- Cold Vietnamese vermicelli, the one with the cold sauce poured over the cold bee-hoon with meat or spring roll inside.

-- Cold Korean noodles with their spicy red pepper sauce, has anyone here tried it and like it?

-- Cold sandwiches

-- Cold tow huay (been curd)

-- Salads

-- Cold rice with chicken and assorted vegetables and pickles

Cold pickles...

Cold sandwiches (only if there're veggies)

I like my ice cream cold too.......... Very Happy
