  Anyone have suggestion on where to go for French Cusine for 2 person?
  
  Hopefully buffet types and near town area. New to such cuisine, want to give my friend a surprise after her examinations.
  
  Is budget of $100 for 2 sufficient?

  Haven't heard of any french buffets, and you may have to double that budget for a decent meal

  $50 CONFIRM NOT ENOUGH!!!!
  
  last time i went to Saint Pierre....erm...not that good
  my foie gras was good. but the fish my mom got was fishy...
  and dessert...might as well go somewhere else. hehe...
  
  dunno if the degustation menu is still there and dunno if its the same. but the last time i looked, that one was worth it!!

  I almost forgotten about this thread till my friend mentioned about wanting to eat French Cuisine.
  
  I'll be doubling my budget to $100, but if I'm to eat around Christmas Season, will it be sufficient now?

  but if you want really good stuff, i think still might not be enough...
  
  $100 for 2 pple right?? for one person is enough. two....a bit tight...
  
  and issit for lunch or dinner??
  lunch usually cheaper than dinner
