Ayam brand chilli tuna is good enough for me.

heinz is nice to eat bt no gd.
i normally take ayam pink checkers one. one whole can less den or ard 250 kcal nia. -

I always buy MMI (water) or (brine) if i cant get the first one.
but then, it's quite hard to find MMI tuna leh..
not all NTUC have..
second choice will be John West, but it's lagi more expensive. -
Why not packed in olive oil, then you can re-use the tuna flavored oil to cook onions to add to the tuna. Great in pasta!

then i like to mix mayo on my own..
simi ayam brand... really not to my taste. -
Get the tuna... put mayonaise and sesame oil. then eat with bread....
Normally i eat the ayam brand one... taste ok after i up value it. -
eat with bread or noodles during field camp - taste heavenly.
other than the above situation - not for me
