Anyone know its actual name? I'm a little psycho about it. I spend the weekend at a resort and every jap meal I had was accompanied by Futomaki.
As you know, one of the fillings for that maki is the pink fish floss.
I remember many years ago having gunkan-maki filled only with that pink fish floss. I love it for some reason.
