I like to eat meatless food... makes one feel "lighter" i.e. not so lethargic after lunch.
For vegetarian + organic food, there are shops on 2nd and 4th level, which are quite good. Some daily specials they have inc bak kut teh, Korean bibimbab, Hakka lei cha, and 8-treasure rice.Originally posted by choco B:Any specific eateries in Fortune Ctr to recommend? I've just tried Uncle Rojak (ground floor) from Fortune Centre...it is superb, even better than most non-vegetarian ones.Originally posted by choco B:Any specific eateries in Fortune Ctr to recommend? Name & guide to location would be good. Thanks in advance!
I believe mock meats are to help make vegetarian dishes more easily acceptable to non-vegetarians who are used to eating meat, and to create a variety of textures and variety in vegetarian food.Originally posted by stan.:It's nice, it's quite $ saving too.
But i have a question. Vegetarians cant eat meat, but they still creates fake meat, is it because they are craving for it?
