There is this muslim brand halal burger patties which you can buy from NTUC and Cold Storage. Can't remember the brand but it's a green and yellow packaging. The special sauce they splash on the burger while cooking is actually Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce. I remember seeing them add pepper too while cooking.
Rest of the sauces I think is sweet chilli sauce and mayo -

to tweak the recipe to ur own perfection... cannot just ask here wad to do...
so u go and buy lots of diff seasoning and try it out at home... -

Ramly burgers in Singapore vary in Quality. There is one particular chain of Ramly Burgers with the Ranor brand on them. These ones really taste like the Malaysian burgers. Look for their banner. Better still ask them for the double Ramly for $3.50. More shiok then BK[/b]

the true ramly burger use patties that are names ramly
basically in sg u cannot get the true standard as they pre-cook it. then reheat the patties when u order. which compromise the taste greatly.
and no, u don't need any faciful sauses on it. just the standard things, curry powder, maggi seasoning, viniger(bad spelling mistake) and some pepper.
the thing that truely makes it shine is how u cook the patties, the just cook and throw the seasonings on top method, the chop many tiny slits in the patties method or the slice the patties thru the centre and making is slightly burnt on 4 surface...heavenly.........
