and no, u don't need any faciful sauses on it. just the standard things, curry powder, maggi seasoning, viniger(bad spelling mistake) and some pepper.
the thing that truely makes it shine is how u cook the patties, the just cook and throw the seasonings on top method, the chop many tiny slits in the patties method or the slice the patties thru the centre and making is slightly burnt on 4 surface...heavenly.........

The best Ramly burgers I've had were in Malaysia, where they cook it on the spot. Once at Tioman I had a super huge Ramly burger consisting of two beef patties, one chicken patty and one fried egg.
Super high in cholesterol and fat, but every bite was pure bliss.
