Cheese Prata

  Usually cheese prata they use the cheesdale cheese... Anyone knows where they uses mozarella cheese? I ate once before forgot where it is..

  haha I don't know.. I ate somewhere in the east.. craving for the mozarella cheese prata now wahaha...

  They use the pizza type one....thin slices.. not square one...

  u can have parmesan cheese, swiss cheese, blue cheese, cheddar, feta, edam...etc

  The last time i ate cheese prata... ie, a normal prata with 1 slice of cheese in it..., the price jumped from $0.60 per piece to $3.
