Johor Baru's secret recipe is not bad and also their cheese cakes are cheaper then back here

Ya, agree thai express has very nice tom yum soup...i tried it at bishan branch though.

The only time I've drank TY soup was in NZ during winter....
Drank two big bowls when I normally cannot tahan mac's chilli sauce... -
the best tom yam soup i've ever drank is at my house, my mother cook it
i think it's really nice and alot better than outside ones. haven find one that can beat hers.
i like it to be thick, not those maggie mee that kind
smell must be strong, soup must be thick, very spicy and moderate sour -
but seriously thailand have e best tom yam. even e lousiest stall holder there has e best taste if it sells i in s'pore.

I juz came back fr Phuket. had tom yum every meal..Superbly delicious!Slurp! But all places diff taste, but all sooooo fantastic

The Meridien food court tom yam also nice but quite expensive. I rmb i ordered $5 the ingredients given was pathetic but the soup taste was good.

Give this Northen Thai Tom Yam a try. Its not classic Tom Yam but a cross between Tom Yam and Tom Kha. Very shiok! I love the fried fish that goes with it. $3 per bowl in a coffee shop opposite Hing Hwa Methodist church. Open only till 4pm
