Best Value Sukiyaki Beef in Town!

I was very very pleasantly surprised when I went to Sushi Tei at Raffles Place recently. They have this wonderful Sukiyaki Beef for $12 which has really nice streaky beef shown below! The sushi was also very well presented. Great meal and not too expensive.
