Sweet and Sour Pork.
yup its delicious some cook so nice. the flour is nice. crisy and the meat is tender. woot -
You have to fry the coated pork first. As in separately!

deep fry pork cubes (prefably wif bit of fat) wif flour n cornstarch.
den cook sauce of ketchup, oyster sauce, n sugar...
den stir in the pork, together wif onion, pineapple cubes, capsicium, tomatoes.
den stir around until everything coated wif sauce, n serve on bed of lettuce -
Just a few more details:
Use pork collar meat other cuts won't be nice
Marinade the meat in sesame, ginger, soy, msg leave for few hours
Make batter from flour and water
Deep fry till brown
Sauce,
Impt to caramelise the sugar first. Heat oil, add sugar about half cup, caramelise. Then add the rest of the stuff, tomato sauce, soy to taste, dash of worchestershire sauce pineapples and tomatoes. Cornflour to thicken the sauce -

fry the meat twice, or so its recommended by kylie kwong. it makes it crispier
