  Soup Restaurant does not practice the "i won't charge you for the towels if you don't touch it" rule. So sorry. Some dim sum restaurants in singapore do, but not the Soup Restaurant.

  Nonononono, its because the minute your butt touches the chair, your receipt is on the way out already. Big deal, Chatterbox charges $6+++ for a glass of ice milo.

  actually if you dont want the towels & peanuts, tell them when u order your food or when they deliver at your table or cross them out at the order form, they will not charge u in the bill.
  
  just to add on, i luv the tofu prawn! is cooked like chilli crab style, jz tat is not so spicy. Is served in a big portion too! i alwys went there with my partner, the most we can eat is the famous chicken, tofu prawan and one soup of the day.

  U can request them not 2 serve d peanut if u dun eat, they will do it but with a black face
