the cafe on the overhead bridge at change alley

  u know, change alley, near clifford pier...
  
  u walk up the overhead bridge thingy which also functions as a small shopping mall... got some dingy old souvenir shops n money changers
  
  then theres a small cafe, on the bridge itself. den u can eat there n sit by the window to enjoy the view of the road n cars below...
  
  i pass by there before n i think it sells chai png... i think mostly cater to the office workers from the office buildings around raffles place.
  
  so anyone eat there before? how was the food, view, service n experience?

  its expensive. average tastes. always crowded so u cnt get a seat. n its closing on mth end due to renovations to the bridge
