my experience there.
tt day was new year's eve..midnight..went to the stretch of food places there..apparently most of the other restaurants were fully booked..and we decided to try the food at the new hongkong cafe they have next to the teochew porridge.
we took our order and waited almost half an hour for our drinks. just before our drinks came, another table left after having no patience to continue waiting. our drinks were not really horrible tasting other than their Ice Chocolate which tasted like sugared milk. it was terrible. Anyway, we waited for another 20 more minutes or so and our food were not served.
the place was not very crowded as compared to the other restaurants and we see no reason why they should take so long with their orders without apologising.. my sister told them that she didnt want our food already and one curly hair lady rudely said that our food are almost ready. this got my sister quite mad and she demanded for the bill. anyways, the bottomline is that the service crew was really bad in their service other than another waitress..
i'm not sure if their food is good coz i didnt had any. but the experience of waiting for more than 50 minutes for our food was bad. especially when we were so tired after a long day.

yupp!! the food there generally quite nice =) especially the teochew porridge!
