  Hi, IÂ’m from TanÂ’s Beef Noodle. Heard from a customer that my stall was mentioned here. My stall is only 1+ month old. IÂ’m not professionally trained in cooking, so still have a lot to learn.
  
  Taiwanese Beef La Mian is the national dish in Taiwan. ItÂ’s a pure Taiwanese invention. My recipe is from my Taiwanese mom-in-lawÂ’s family. ItÂ’s over 60 years old which uses more than 12 ingredients & requires hours to prepare. IÂ’m new in this business and your feedback is always welcome. Thanks!
