Sausage brand to suggest (from super market)?

  I read in Sunday Times about DIY hot dog...I went to super market and found there are many different brands and types of sausages. Anone like to share which brand is good?

  Are there different varities of sausages (say among chicken sausages) and how do they differ? I see each brand has its own colour and texture.....I boiled some before frying. Some brands bulge very big after boling and some do not.....I found the one which do not increase size is better

  get from careefour. the ones they produce themselves. pretty good n cheap. they place it in front of the area whr they sell sushi n roasted meats.

  Get sausages from places like The Butcher and Espirito Santo instead.
