  Beng Hiang Restaurant at 112-116 Amoy Street. Tel: 6221-6684. It serves Hokkien food. The place is not big nor small. Ambience is cosy.

  yan palace at hong lim fits your requirement.. got private rm with KTV.. hostess not included... heehee just kidding.

  Yes, Beng Hiang has private rooms, or at least partitions from main room. Not sure about KTV. Why not give them a call?
