A career in cooking

  i was like browsing thru CATS today
  
  notice positions of Cook in some hotels..
  
  i was wondering...do they really need paper qualifications or werk experience or a person who have no experience at all but a motivation to learn?
  
  how would a person who has an unrelated diploma get into the world of cooking?....need to go shatec get another diploma?...

  They usually start small and push their resume with achievements. I would say a little luck is essential for a big break.
