  i love all sorts of mushrooms cooked in any way.... except for roasted i guess.... cos it dries up the juices
  
  u guys like mushrooms? any particular type? preferred cooking methods?

  Mushroom Park restaurant @ serangoon gardens, directly across the road from ocbc bank. Meal sets start from $26.80, $36.80, and $46.80. Of course the more you pay, the more you get.

  I really love Monkey head mushrooms and Shitake. And i love portebello also! I always bake it for a while with morzerella cheese on the top! Simply yummy!

  Recently, I tried the shiitake, it's really nice! Mushrooms taste good when it is braised!

  I'm no mushroom expert, just love to eat it. Never dare to pick mushroom in the wild. Many cases of mushroom poisoning before. Even experienced pickers can be fooled. So what's is this particular species?

  Nobody likes enoki mushrooms? I love enoki mushrooms in stews.
  And I also like straw mushrooms, especially those in tom yam soup!

  yeah agree!! love the shiitake mushrooms too!!
  
  marinate with some light soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper, add a little bit of water and braise.... smells great!!

  enoki mushrooms go really well with steamboats! all steamboats should include enoki
  
  straw mushrooms are one of my most fave too.... like it when cooked with all sorts of vege or claypot

  there is this vegetarian restaurant in singapore (cant remember the name! around wheelock place if im not wrong...) that serves damn good monkey head mushrooms
