okay, i need some help in making a food database.
Can you people recommend local some good and bad food ?
Here are some notes:
food <--- can be in hawker centres, restuarants,anywhere. Why do you like the food? izzit cos the service or food is good? Why isn't the food good? Please give reasons if possible.
There is a overall rating system:
1 - Excellent
2 - very good
3 - normal
4 - bad
5 - very bad
Please give your rating.
For the food, please give address or location , and the type of food.
In case anyone is wondering, i am making this database for a project of mine.
i would appreciate it if someone can help me by recommending any good or bad singapore food.

Well, Enigma,
today i had 3 square meals consisting of all the major food groups from McDonalds (East Coast). The other day Lunch and dinner from Burger King (ParkWay Parade)...I think people can see that i must live around the East...:-)
Fast food is good...for some reason...I kno what u mean.
As for the ratings:
I love to eat!!!sometimes too much. Chicken rice beaing the most satisfying meal ...no contest.
1. S-11 Haker center at National Library.
rating: #1 Excellent.
Why?
a. not dry
b. condiments are good in variety (carrots, mint sometimes, parsley, etc..)
c. The formula they use is really good and soaks into the chicken well.
d. Although I don't like that lingering chicken rice smell inside my mouth the whole day, this place is the best for that. There was once I ate there Breakfast, lunch, and dinner there for 1 straight month. Nothing else but Chicken Rice. Can be confirmed by my classmates.
2. Takashimaya Food Court Laksa
I haven't eaten it for a long time, but as long as I can remember, I seemed to like that one best. Not too salty, not too bland. Not too dry, and not to watery. Suffice to say it isn't really good for ur heart, but hey, who cares...:-)

note:-I ate the laksa at katong that everyone in Singapore seems to like so much, but I still found it quite bland...I am somewhat of an amateur conneseur of foods...fine or otherwise. Almost became a chef once. almost.
Besides these 2 I don't have anything else that come to mind.

Defiantely best in Singapore.
a. a lot of things inside the soup.
b. soup to noodle to vegetable and condiments is very well mixed and balanced.
c. Not too watery.
d. smells the worst, but tastes the best.
e. U know it's good when it's so spicy that u get diarhea before the actual food hits the bottom of ur stomach.:-)
f. Nice opaque/murky color. Some places, u can see right to the bottom of the bowl...
ok, that's it.
