  They never wash the vegetables and they cook and serve. The meat dont know keep for how many days already. Only those working in the coffeeshop not the restaurant China hawker.

  You mean hawkers wash their vege before cooking? You must be joking. Even "9 stars" ang mo restaurants don't do that. Stop the racial stereotyping, for goodness shake. I can also tell you some of the complaints I have made to NEA about hawkers' hygiene (non racial).

  Of course, veggie must be washed first to remove the fertilizer before it is cooked. Dumb China man!

  AGREE! My house tt kopitiam, e cai png stall. at night they sell those bee hoon, kway tiao, sausages etc.
  
  there's 2guy, i saw one guy he cleans e lighting of the stalls with a cloth but din wash hand & just serve. e other one worst. having one leg crossed, use one of his hand & dig in between e toes & after tt without washing, went to serve.
