  laksa at seranggon garden corner coffee shop.
  
  nasi lemak at upper serangoon coffee shop. "punggol nasi lemak" name. only open in evening. but must q for half hour and expensive too. DuH

  but i can intro the interesting places and food in Pulau Ubin
  
  places to visit
  - the lake in the abandoned quarry
  water is bery clear and cool...but mus be careful..it is about 22m deep
  - chek jawa
  nature is the most beautiful...
  - Outward Bound School
  for the more adventurous and love challenges...the new OBS is relli cool...like a chalet like tt...but the fun remains..
  
  Food
  usually u fish ur own seafood then start a fire and BBQ...(might want to bring along ur own seasoning)
  or else..there is the one and oni restaurant on the island...serves seafood (yah..wat do u expect?) and the usual zi-char stuff like hor fun and fried rice...

  the zhi char is no longer there. it has shifted to former joo chiat police station food court.
  
  i eat there often. u can't missed it, its called Ubin seafood.
