  Try Casuarina's Prata at Upper Thomson Rd.
  Very good orginal recipe and they only make the pratas when you order them !
  So, no soggy and soft ones lying on the tray !
  May write ups on them, and featured on the papers too !
  One of the best around and reasonable pricing too !

  Jalan Kayu just outside Seletar Camp....got 2 prata shop both at the start and end of the road....I dun think U can miss finding them...both not bad.....if U driving..a bit difficult to find parking space....so dun go at crowded times..... the prata shops are 24hrs open........

  say roti prata kor siong, erm ba xi gi ga rang ga rang ,( this in han yu ping ying) but actually malayu but i dont now to spell hahaha..
  meaning u want roti prata without egg but 4 sided( square shape) and crispy crispy. and they will have to make a new prata for u . .. cause most prata that is wtihout egg is round shape one... kekeekekeke ...
  for egg prata . .well just say u want it ga rang ga rang ..
  meaning crispy lah .. but if they re cooked it is your problem ..

  You go by the ECP, then exit from NUS with a left turn.
  Then you will come to a traffic light, then go straight on a uphill slope, and all the way down until you see a row of terrace houses and next to it, a row of double storey shop houses.
  Fong Seng is the first unit if I'm not wrong.
  Somewhere in the middle, there's another prata shop that also serve cheese prata !

  or take shrotcut thru eusof hall....come out at the back exit near the road...

  Personally, I don't like the Casuarina one.. the taste is abit flat and abit too floury. And since I visit the place quite often, for the Tang Hoon at the end..I noticed that more often than not.. the prata is stacked high..so you do get stale ones...
  
  But I guess different people have different taste.. just make sure you don't complain to the prata man after you have eaten the prata for years..if you don't like it..say so at the start and not later..
  
  No point complaining after you have eaten your full..

  but very expensive there.
  not careful, you can blow quite alot of $$ there...
  try the seafood cheese, i luv it.
  cost $3 per prata if i dun recall wrongly.
