I also had a similar experience. I went to jap restaurant at far east. Bottom level. Jus of the recent. I was eating like 3/4 already. Then when i finally took my drink up and look inside to take the cherry inside, i saw a baby roach. Eww. I jus vomitted everything that i had in mouth out. One of the junior waiter wanted to give me free ice cream for dessert?!! My friends insisted on getting to get the manager to talk to us. At the end free meal. But the way they handle realli so unprofessional. Free dessert?
Din want to complain cos their biz is quite good so let them go since I was ok the next day.
