  I vote for Kit Seng Eating House , opposite Serangoon Stadium...... Got a rival at Kovan Centre.... if I am not wrong, it should be Ah Seng Teochew ......

  There are two good and cheap Teochew Muey along Havelock Road
  A lot of variety to choose from
  I think there's one that opens till the wee hours; a lot of those after-party goers go there for supper too
