  oh yah.. some use cheese mites to ripen their cheeses..
  
  blue cheese have blue veins which are actually fungus..
  
  they taste pretty good too.. but they smell really bad

  I like most of them. Soft ones like camembert are my favourite, as are hot melted ones. Quattrofromaggi pasta is lovely!
