Dark or light sauce Wanton mee?

  Do you guys prefer to eat Wanton Mee with thick dark sauce or light sauce? I prefer the latter. Words were spreading about how good this wanton shop in Sunshine Plaza was. So I went to try it, but were disappointed that the dark sauce was so thick it tasted like the sauce they use for cooking braised duck. It puts me off.

  and 3rd generation Hand made wanton noodle near Joo Chiat Road along Joo Chiat Place Everitt junction

  there is one Called " Summerset Wanton"
  used to sell @ old cappage centre
  then move to Lorong 2 Geylang food court
  move again to Sim Lim SQ Level 2 food court
  
  now cannot find.
  
  tried other still find this better.

  This is Singapore, where you apply a foreign name to your food to make it sound better.
